School Buses Information
Napier Intermediate has 3 bus services:

Port Ahuriri – School Van

Clive – Nimons MoE funded Bus Route No. 51151

Bayview – Nimons MoE funded – Bus Route No. 5087

 

To be eligible for the Ministry of Education funded buses (MoE) your residential address must be 5 km from the nearest school.

There are opportunities to pay for one of these buses but you will need to contact Nimons, Napier to discuss this option.  The best contact at this stage is Garth 06 877 8133  Ext: 829

Note:

Parents/Caregivers and bus students will be required to fill in a Bus Contract which will be provided by the school. This is a contract between the school and whānau that the school values of the 3Rs will be adhered to when riding on the bus.

Bus Contract

All bus students, including the Port Ahuriri Van students, will go to the library at 2:30 pm when school finishes. They will be supervised until bus pick up at 3:10 pm.  Students could use this time to complete their school task requirements or explore an interest or hobby.  Online connectivity is available and extra stationery such as colouring pencils, coloured paper and felt tips are available also.
